About Us

Chateau Lanier has been a short term rental for over 12 yearsbut was recently purchased by the same owners of Ark on Lake Lanier (one of the largest and most sought after vacation homes on Lake Lanier) in June 2019. It has undergone extensive updates to take the same success of the Ark and apply it to Chateau Lanier.

We have completely upgraded all the furniture, bedding, mattresses, linens, pillows and in addition, we have added king beds to 6 of the bedrooms. We have turned the garage into an amazing game room and bunk room, including two sets of queen bunk beds and two sets of twin bunk beds, and added a pool table, ping pong table, foosball table and multiple large Smart TVs everywhere throughout the house. We have also added a brand new bathroom to the upstairs king bedroom, so now we have 6 1/2 baths. The renovations are amazing.
