Bedroom Layout
The Chateau can sleep up to 30 if every full bed, queen bed and king bed has two people and every twin has one person but that would be maxing out the house. More comfortable sleeping is around 25 guests or less.
The upstairs has two king bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. In addition, there is a bonus room that has three full size beds that can sleep an additional 6 people that is only accessible through the master bedroom bathroom and closet. This bonus room would share the main master bathroom and is more suitable for children. The upstairs can sleep up to 10 people.
The downstairs terrace level has two king bedrooms with an adjoining Jack and Jill bathroom. There is also a brand new garage/bunk room area with two sets of queen bunk beds and two sets up twin bunk beds sleeping up to 12 guests. There is a bathroom for use in the hallway just outside the bunk room. The terrace level can sleep up to 16 guest.
There are some rollaways beds if needed in various areas of the house.
